I believe so yes. According to the schematic of the RS422/RS485 HAT - https://www.hwhardsoft.de/app/download/11143497697/RPI_RS485+Schematic+V01-01-00.pdf?t=1505155826 - It only uses GPIO 14,15 and 18.
