Making the Buzzer work
If TonalBuzzer isn't working in the PiGPIOFactory of gpiozero, how do I make the buzzer work? Your sample python scripts fail when it gets to buzzer code. Thanks!

Cases that fit the JAM HAT?

I'm looking for a case that will fit this JAM HAT. A pop off top would be nice as you could have access to the buttons.

The following cases look suitable, but could you please confirm they are compatible with the JAM HAT?

Raspberry Pi B+/2/3/3B+ HAT Case - Black & Clear (MMP-0915)
ModMyPi Modular RPi 2/3 Case (Clear) (RB-CLEAR)
HighPi Raspberry Pi B+/2/3/3B+ Case - Clear (MMP-0787).

  • Raspberry Pi B+/2/3/3B+ HAT Case - Black & Clear (MMP-0915) - NO, the extended header pins foul on the lid. If you trim the pins down it will fit.

At power up should the red leds be glowing?
Once I instantiate the JamHat they extinguish. Is that the expected behavior?

  • This isn't uncommon, due to the raspberry pi's GPIO being in a potentially unknown state.

could it be possible to make a tutorial for the JAM HAT. I know there is a code lib but it would be nice on how to setup and use this neat device

    We will hopefully have this released within the next two weeks (by the 11th Feb 2019)
