What does my order status mean?Expand

Processing - Your order has been received, and our payment provider has confirmed payment.

Processed - Stock has been allocated to your order, and our warehouse team is in the process of picking, packaging, and labelling your order ready for dispatch.

Shipped - Your order has been released by our warehouse team into the hands of our delivery partner.

On Hold - We are awaiting a response from you regarding an issue with your order.

Verification Required - We are awaiting a response from you regarding payment verification.

Do you do international delivery?Expand

Yes, of course we do! In fact, we deliver Raspberry Pi's all over the world!

If you’d like to calculate delivery charges, please add your desired items to your basket and click the “estimate shipping and taxes” button in your bag.

How long will shipping take?Expand

Do you send orders tracked?Expand

All orders over £25 are sent via a tracked or signed for service, depending on the delivery region. Orders under this value will be sent as a standard postal parcel or letter, unless otherwise requested (at an additional fee) by the customer.

If you chose to send your order via a tracked service, your tracking details will be emailed to you the next possible working day. For example, an order marked as "shipped" on a Friday by our warehouse team will have their tracking details delivered automatically via email on Monday. Tracking numbers are not live until processed by our carrier, hence the short delay between dispatch and tracking availability.

How much will shipping cost?Expand

To calculate the shipping cost for your order:

  • Please add your desired items to your basket
  • Enter your basket, labelled "My Bag"
  • Enter your shipping country, city and postcode in the box labelled Estimate Shipping & Taxes in My Bag
  • This will allow you to calculate your shipping cost before checkout

Do you offer free shipping? Expand

Yes! If you’re in the UK and place an order for £50 or over, we’ll give you free shipping!

Free UK shipping only applies to orders that do not contain:

  • Loose batteries
  • Batteries not contained in equipment
  • Over two battery containing products

Lithium battery products as defined above must by shipped our premium DHL service. If you are not being offered free UK shipping, please remove and loose batteries, or battery not in equipment products, and reduce the quantity of any battery containing products to two or less.

Do you offer same day dispatch? Expand

We do! All orders placed before 1pm UTC (London) during a working day (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same working day!

Please Note. We do not ship orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), or on Bank Holidays.

My order hasn't arrived and I'm afraid it's been lost, will you help me?Expand

Of course! We cannot guarantee delivery in the periods specified. However, if the order remains undelivered for a period of 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (International) following the date of dispatch, we will either process a refund of the order or alternatively dispatch the order again.

To raise a claim for a lost package, we ask you to fill out a short form, and complete a few checks. Through this process, we can ensure that your package is not waiting for you anywhere!

Do I need to pay taxes?Expand

ModMyPi are based in the UK and subsequently charge VAT (currently 20%) on all orders shipped to the UK and VAT registered EU countries. Orders shipped outside the EU are not subjected to VAT and are therefore VAT exempt.  However, orders shipped outside the EU may be liable for import duty and taxes. Please check your resident country's import laws to clarify whether charges will be applied.

Purchases will be VAT exempt if you are a VAT registered EU business. Please register an account and contact us via the contact form to enable us to set up your exemption rates.

Am I entitled to a refund if I’m not happy with my order?Expand

Yes! Simply return any unused parts in their original packaging to us within 30 days of receipt, and you can claim a full refund. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been customised.

Please contact us stating a reason for the return within 30 days of receipt and you will be able to send it back for a full refund, no questions asked!

Do you offer warranty on your parts? Expand

Yes! We offer 2 years warranty on everything!

If you’re having issues with an item, simply contact us for technical support. If we can’t get it working, we’ll always be happy to take it back and repair or replace it!
