Resistors are used to restrict or limit the flow of current in a circuit, and they're often used to protect components such as LED's from damage. ModMyPi's Rediculous Resitor Kit contains a total of 1000 x 0.25W 5% Carbon Film Resistors!  Each 1000 piece resistor Kit contains 63 unique values ranging from 4.7R to 10M, enough to keep any tinkerer fully stocked for a while!
 
The resistor Kit is separated into 8 packets, clearly marked with their contents and we've added in extra's of the more commonly used resistors (100 ohm, 10K, 47K 100K etc.), so you won't run out of them too quickly! All resistors are your standard Carbon Film '4-Band' 5% Precision Type Resistors (the small beige ones), and they're excellent for any small electronics projects, breadboarding, etc. Each pack has labelled contents, so you can easilly identify values on the go!
