NOTE: Acrylic is a hard and stiff plastic which is sensitive to stress concentrations and shares a certain level of fragility with glass. Acrylic can scratch easily and should be cleaned with a mild solution of dish detergent and warm water. Never use cleaners unsuitable for acrylic. Never use a dry, abrasive cloth.

Here are the parts from the case kit:

Follow these images checking parts and orientation of the acrylic pieces. You will see a before and after image for each step. Make sure you have all the parts ready, shown in the before picture.

Start by inserting the male side of the 8mm stand into each of the mounting points on the Pi, from the underside. Secure each stand off with a 12mm F/F stand off.

Now add the Allo BOSS to your Pi, securing in place the with the 25mm stand offs.

Now we are going to add the side plates around the Pi and BOSS. Starting with the GPIO side plate, lay it flat on the table and place the Pi/BOSS on to it.

Now add the USB side plate.

Followed by the SD side plate, then the final power/hdmi side plate.

Now we can add the bottom plate and secure the Pi/BOSS. Carefully pickup the Pi/BOSS with it's side plates and place onto the bottom plate. Then pick up the whole lot, flip it over and secure with the 4 black screws.

Last thing to do now, is add the top plate.

All done!
